Lisa Olivia Munn is a resident of Oklahoma City. She was the daughter of Kimberly Schmid, lived in Vietnam as well, and she has Chinese heritage, while the father of her, Winston Barrett Munn, is from a family with deep roots within the American South. Her parents separated when she was two years old and she was a child of her mother and stepfather, a member of the United States Air Force. Although the family was spread throughout the world, her principal residence was Tokyo, Japan. While in Japan, she appeared as an actress at local shows and eventually was an Japanese modeling model. Olivia relocated from to the United States back to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of being an actor. Then, after some small roles in TV series with Hawaii lense (such such as Beyond the Break), she was cast in the show Mily Acuna and landed the job of Rob Schneider's receptionist in Big Stan. She hosts "The Daily Nut", "Formula D" as well as "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. Surfing is her passion, and she practices it ever since she appeared on the television show Beyond the Break (2006). The black belt she holds is Taekwondo. The woman she married was her mother when she was just two years old, and was an Air Force Officer. Family members have moved around many times but she was a majority of her youth in Tokyo Japan since that was the location where her father was stationed. She attended the University of Oklahoma where she was a journalism major, with minors in Japanese and drama art.
