Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes for Human Resources, People Management, Talent Management, and Culture Development. Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings thirty years of experience on the table. She has worked with top executives across a variety of industries, helping them improve their businesses, particularly in times of high expansion. She was a key thought leader in translating enterprise-wide strategies and plans into strategies for business and employees' engagement. She believes that education is one of the key elements of the leadership process. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled her create environments of innovation and learning which positively affect teams as well as individuals. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to dedicate her energy and time to support Learning Ally's mission she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. In the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing the time and energy she has in support of Learning Ally's work. In addition she assists numerous non-profit organisations in her spare time. The disease of addiction impacts us all.
